What a Difference A Day Makes

oh my goodness. Monday night i was completely in tears. Last night I was watching the NY City Ballet and I come home to Chris who is completely back to normal - so organized with a list of stuff we need to get done - so excited about the job. We stayed up till like 1am just talking about anything and everything because we were so excited.

what in the world. my emotions can't handle this.

Today has been no less exciting and it's only 10:30. I get an email this morning from Molly Hammond inviting us to join her and her husband at their church on Easter. I looked it up online and it looks alot like redeemer so i'm really excited.

Just a minute ago I received an email from the DT girl Sarah inviting me to dinner with a bunch of girls on Friday night. I recognized several of the names of the other girls invited on the email - all names that were founding members of this popular women's professional group called Ladies DC. Just the thought of meeting them much less having dinner with them super intimidates me because these are like THE socialites of DC. I have to look DANG good on friday night when i join them - so if you have any clothing suggestions let me know!!!!!!! However i am just going to look at is a great way to make connections and friends here and TRY not to be too intimidated!!!
